Data Processing Addendum

How B2B SEOPals handles client and analytics data when delivering SEO services — access, use, sub-processors, and your control over your data.

Last updated · June 2026

When you become a B2B SEOPals client and retain our B2B SEO services, our B2B SEO company needs access to some of your data to do the work — analytics, search console, your CMS, and similar. This Data Processing Addendum explains, in plain language, how we handle that data. For a contractual DPA tailored to your legal requirements, contact us.

What we access

AnalyticsRead access to your web analytics and Search Console to measure performance and find opportunities.
Website / CMSAccess needed to implement on-page, technical, and content changes — scoped to what the work requires.
Business contextInformation you share about your offers, buyers, and goals to build relevant strategy and content.

How we use it

Solely to deliver and report on your SEO engagement — strategy, implementation, and pipeline reporting. We don't use your business data to benefit other clients, and we don't sell it.

Sub-processors

We use reputable third-party tools to do the work (for example, analytics platforms, SEO research tools, and project/hosting infrastructure). Each processes data only as needed to provide its function. We'll identify our key sub-processors on request.

Confidentiality

We treat your non-public business information as confidential. When we cite results publicly, we anonymize them unless you've given permission to be named — your data stays yours, and your identity isn't used in our marketing without consent.

Access, return & deletion

You control access and can revoke it at any time. On request after an engagement ends, we'll hand off work product and remove standing access to your systems. We retain only what we need for legitimate business and legal records.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to the people performing your work. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you entrust to us.
