This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for B2B SEOPals engagements — the B2B SEO services you retain from our B2B SEO company. Where it differs from your signed service agreement, the agreement controls.
Month-to-month retainers
Unless your agreement specifies a fixed term, SEO retainers run month-to-month. You're billed at the start of each service period for that period's work. SEO is cumulative — content and authority built in earlier months keep working in later ones — so retainers are designed around continuous, compounding effort rather than one-off deliverables.
Cancellation
Refunds on retainers
Because retainer work is performed within the period it's billed for, monthly retainer fees for work already delivered are generally non-refundable. If we failed to deliver contracted work for a paid period, contact us — we'll make it right by completing the work or issuing a fair, prorated credit or refund for the undelivered portion.
One-time & setup fees
Audits, setup, and other one-time deliverables are billed for defined work. Once that work is delivered, the fee is earned. If you cancel a one-time engagement before delivery, you're refunded for the portion not yet performed, less documented costs already incurred.
What this policy can't promise
Refunds relate to work delivered, not results achieved. We don't offer refunds because rankings or traffic didn't reach a hoped-for level — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, as explained in our Results & Earnings Disclaimer. Any performance-based terms, if offered, would be written explicitly into your agreement.
