The specific deliverables, cadence, and price for your engagement are set out in your written proposal or service agreement, which controls if it differs from this Site.

Pricing & published packages

We publish package pricing because transparency is part of how we work. Published figures are starting points for typical engagements; your actual scope and price are confirmed in writing. Pricing may change over time, and the price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement.

Month-to-month & commitments

Unless your agreement states otherwise, retainers run month-to-month — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for notice periods and how billing winds down. Any milestone commitments we make are delivery commitments (the work we will perform and when), not guarantees of ranking, traffic, or revenue outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control. Your responsibilities

Effective SEO is collaborative. You agree to provide timely access to your website, analytics, and content approvals, and to publish or approve recommended changes within a reasonable time. Delays on approvals, hosting, or development on your side can affect timelines, and we're not responsible for results lost to them.

Ownership & deliverables

Content and assets we produce for you become yours on full payment for the work, unless your agreement says otherwise. Our underlying methods, templates, and processes remain ours. The Site's own content — copy, design, and graphics — belongs to B2B SEOPals and may not be republished for commercial use without permission.

Third-party platforms

Our work depends on platforms we don't control — Google, Bing, analytics providers, and AI search engines. Algorithm changes, manual actions, or platform outages can affect results. We follow current best practices and webmaster guidelines, but we don't control and aren't liable for third-party platform decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Site or a given month of service is limited to the fees you paid us for that month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or anticipated revenue. Our delivery obligations are governed by your service agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with disputes handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
